Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations
We ship from our U.S. and overseas warehouses depending on product availability and customer location.
Your order may be fulfilled in multiple packages if items are stocked in different warehouses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package online.

Order Changes & Address Updates
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you need to modify your address, contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement when necessary.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes imposed by your local government.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
