Warranty Policy

3-Year Limited Warranty (All VisioGear Products)
VisioGear warrants that your product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and according to the user instructions.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Product not powering on under normal use

  • Functional failure caused by manufacturing or workmanship issues

  • Components not working as intended (e.g., buttons, charging function, internal electronics)

If your issue qualifies, VisioGear will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion, based on the defect and availability:

  • Repair

  • Replacement parts

  • Full product replacement (same model or an equivalent model if the original is unavailable)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Drops, impact damage, crushing, or improper storage

  • Water damage (unless the product is explicitly rated for water exposure and used within that rating)

  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs by non-authorized parties

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents), or consumable items

  • Products with altered/removed serial numbers (if applicable)

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, or second-hand transactions without valid proof of purchase

How to Activate Your Warranty

To activate your 3-year warranty, please complete the registration form on our website using:

  • Order ID / Receipt ID

  • Email used at purchase

Activation helps us verify your purchase faster and provide priority support.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please provide:

  1. Order ID / receipt (or proof of purchase)

  2. Your email

  3. Product model / category

  4. A brief description of the issue

  5. Photos or a short video showing the problem (recommended for faster resolution)

Response Time

We aim to respond to warranty requests within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons, response time may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Returns for Warranty Service

If a return is required for inspection or service, we will provide instructions after reviewing your case. Shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the issue type, location, and resolution option. We will always confirm the next steps before any shipment is made.
